I really like the flexibili... I really like the flexibility of Tello
I really like the flexibility of Tello. I travel outside the USA a lot, and I am able... I really like the flexibility of Tello. I travel outside the USA a lot, and I am able to keep my phone number active without spending a lot of extra money. One thing I don't like as much is that, when I change my plan, I lose whatever was left of my previous plan - it doesn't carry over. So I do lose some money if I'm not careful. And my payment date changes to whatever the date was that I changed my plan - that can get a little confusing.

The Customer Service is out of this world! Sergio solved my issues and was very pati... The Customer Service is out of this world! Sergio solved my issues and was very patient! He was concerned, polite, and helpful! Also I waited less than five minutes on the phone! I highly recommend Tello!
