Since I have never needed to purchase extra data time, I called 611 for assistance. The young woman was very helpful to make it easier for this octogenarian. She was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I love Tello. Keep up the good work.

Jamie was EXCELLENT. She was knowledgeable, spoke clearly, calmly and slowly. She was extremely polite and again understood our problem and worked deligently to solve it. I was also impressed at how quickly tello picked up the phone and a human answered which is an absolute luxury these days. I could not have been more impressed with the service tello provided.

My experience with Tello was absolutely terrific because of the exceptional customer service I received from Franco. Being in my 80's, technology is very much a challenge. I need a relaxed, patient voice on the other end to walk me thru the maze of windows required. Franco was everything and more. He was so patient. calm, and savvy.
