I'm new to Tello and so glad I made the switch. Both times I called Customer Service first with Nick and now with Johyse the service was excellent. Quick pick up, thorough and very informative. Johyse took the extra effort to help me set up my profile correctly. The service is affordable and comprehensive and flexible. Highly recommend.

Lucas gave a great first impression of Tello

I just had an excellent first experience with Tello, thanks to the customer rep who answered, Lucas Rodriguez. There were several things I wanted to know - the steps required to get signed up with Tello seamlessly, how long porting in my number would take, making sure Tello supports getting 2FA codes from overseas, things like that - and Lucas answered each of my questions in turn, professionally and patiently. After explaining that to get the Tello eSIM onto my phone we would have to end the call, he made sure to explain the rest of the sign-up process to me. And it was just as he said. Exceptional service! I would be happy to get Lucas again whenever I need to call Tello for support.
