Tello - MUCH LESS expensive... Tello - MUCH LESS expensive, Reliable, Great service
Prior to Tello I first used Verizon, then TMobile. For my usage, both were three tim... Prior to Tello I first used Verizon, then TMobile. For my usage, both were three times as expensive as Tello. And I had major service problems with both (no signal, dropped calls, unavailable help, nasty help). About four years ago I switched to Tello. Not only is my bill 66% LESS with Tello, I have had zero service issues. Over four years I've contacted Tello customer service three times (with questions like rolling over to new phone, not service issues). I use the online contact option. Tello answered almost immediately, were polite, and provided clear complete answers with none of the upsell. In fact, last time I contacted Tello they responded in less than 10 minutes. I recommend the entire world get Tello.

Everyone was extremely helpful. I talked to a lot of people about activating my phone... Everyone was extremely helpful. I talked to a lot of people about activating my phone. Only one person out of 5 did not care to help in anyway. I wish I could remember HIS name he was absolutely rude.
