I want to give a special thank you to Ramiro from Tello Support for the outstanding help he provided me over the phone. Ramiro was extremely patient, kind, gentle, and professional. He took the time to explain the different plans clearly and really listened to my needs. He went above and beyond to help me find the right option and make sure everything was accommodated properly. It is rare to receive this level of customer service these days. I truly appreciate Ramiro’s patience, knowledge, and willingness to help. Good and cheap service

Good and cheap service, the only problem I have is that it's a change every 30 days instead of once a month and that causes the payment date to shift.

The opportunity to speak with someone in customer support in more than one language without having to wait a long time for someone to answer the phone has made this an excellent experience. DIANA spoke to me in English perfectly, and to my wife in Spanish flawlessly. We have been using TELLO for a number of trips to other countries and it works very well and suits our needs. I highly recommend this phone company for its versatility and excellent customer service.
