The customer representative I spoke with helped me navigate the system to add a new credit card to our account. I am not good with technology and she was extremely patient with me as we walked through the steps that would be simple for the average person. I was so grateful for her kindness and patience!

I’m definitely challenged by technology. When I was stuck trying to change my cell phone over to Tello, customer service sent me detailed instructions. Unfortunately, I was still stumped.
