Great company with great service

Great company with great service! I've been with Tello since about 2017, maybe longer. Their customer service is great, although I rarely need them. If you want, you can actually chat on the PHONE with a live agent, with only a few minutes wait at most! (Imagine that!) I've never had a problem , I have only called a few times to understand the upgrades to my plan I've gotten without even having to make a change! My most recent call was to understand international calling. We are headed to Germany. The roaming rate is 6 cents a minute while T-Mobile's is FIFTY cents. The coverage is very good, even in rural areas since T-Mobile bought out Sprint and everything went to the GSM network (long, long ago--- does anyone out there remember the CDMA network and locked phones?). The company has upgraded the plans and only lowered the rates. I love how flexible it all is. Buy what you need, get extra only when needed. I burn only 10 or 12 gig's a month because I don't game or watch a lot of videos. My bill is less than what my spouse pays just in taxes on the unlimited T Mobile plan he shares with our daughter. I haven't convinced him to switch. He likes the big-name brand I guess. But I can tell you, my service is just as good as his. It's the same network! He just told me he is going to pay T Mobile 75 dollars to add international service for a month. What for? GET TELLO. See for yourself.

The person who helped us at Tello was so patient with us! He helped us to restore our eSIM that we accidentally deleted. This took us a while to navigate through, but he calmly hung in there with us and got us where we needed to be. His knowledge of the system was very helpful and gave us a good feeling. Thank you!
