I had an excellent experience with the Tello customer service. I was able to speak w... I had an excellent experience with the Tello customer service. I was able to speak with a customer service representative- a real person, not an AI- immediately. The representative was kind and respectful, knowledgeable, and was helpful in responding to the question I asked of him before ending the call, "what do I possibly not know to ask that it would be helpful to ask regarding using your phone service?" He walked me through several features that I would not have known to ask about. I am a very happy customer! THANK YOU Cameron and thank you Tello!!! Please continue to offer service like this and you will have me as a customer for life!
