Super Customer Service with Mauricio

My thanks to Tello and Mauricio of customer service for guiding a tech newbie through activation in April of 2025 and again thru a scary situation - loss of SIM card. Mauricio guided me through how to order the new card in 2025, and in 2026 assured me I am not the only one whose SIM card has gone missing. The support is a gift. I remain appreciative.

I have been using Tello for many years…

I have been using Tello for many years now. I have never had a problem with their service. When I wanted to join a new phone years ago, it was a Google Pixel 5a5g, a new technology (5g) at the time, it was not an easy task getting the phone on 5g, we had no luck with the supplied SIM, we had to switch to an eSIM and that finally worked. My point here is the technician was patient, and worked with me as we sorted out the problem. Remember this is when 5g first became available. Great customer service, rate flexibility that always guarantees you the lowest cost and 100% reliable service for me. There is nothing else I could ask for from a mobile service provider. This review was not solicited, I felt I owed it to Tello after they have done such a great job for me.

Every time that I have called

Every time that I have called, the representative was very, very pleasant, and patient. I would be the one, who was over excited, with my concern, but they would always listen to me with consideration, and my concerns, were always resolved, when the call ended. And for this reason I was left very satisfied!
