The comment I have about is as a new customer. I was with another carrier for quite a... The comment I have about is as a new customer. I was with another carrier for quite a few years and I was having problems getting to buy SIM cards from them. Their system would not OK my credit cards and this went on for hours on the phone and I tried to resolve it with no luck no help and I gave up and went over to tell. I am a senior so I had a few problems getting my number sent in. You know I think they call ported in and the operator Maria Mariva I think it is she was absolutely great when she straightened out the problems I was having and I couldn’t be more happy and my whole family will be switching to tell. The very definition of customer service. Whenever the subject has come up in conversation I always tell people about Tello and recommend it.
