He took the time to listen, giving me options, without any pressure, just truly there to help. A company that has a person on the other end and is still affordable isnt easy to find anymore. It was a bit tricky to navigate how to contact customer service but Im so grateful I got Jorge. He was helpful, professional, informative, and kind.
