Great customer service in Español
Although I couldn’t use it at all, I am aware of the potential Tello can offer. I am based in France and I couldn’t activitate the e-SIM card, it was thanks to Alex of the customer service in Español that I was able to learn this, luckly I speak Spanish because the customer service in English is horrible, somebody answered and I started to describe my situation and I was cut off inmediately, I used the service on line but it is very limited.
