I had no idea how to transfer my phone from an old IPhone to a newer IPhone. I called customer service. The agent was patient with my ignorance. She walked me through step by step how to proceed. I have had this phone service for a few years now. I wish I had known about it years ago.

Though my favorite thing about Tello is that I can choose an exact amount of data I would like, for example I wanted zero data for a while and now I do 2g data per month.
