Switch to Tello without worry about servie or support!

I've had a line with Tello for over a year. I moved a land line from AT&T and saved over $110/mo! Connections and service has been excellent so when I wanted to add a line to a new phone I went with Tello without question. I - NOT TELLO - made some errors in what plan and number I wanted on which phone. I was afraid it would be a complicated transition changing plans, phones, numbers, e-sims and physical sims. It would have been, EXCEPT for Andreas from customer support. He analyzed, understood, and knew how to configure everything! That was a pleasant surprise, but what really impressed was how he patiently and thoroughly walked me through every step, answered every question and stayed with me to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. He was, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Everything you'd want in a customer service rep. If only all tech support was as good!

Me and my wife have spent 3 days trying to port her number over to tello and my man Cameron was actually able to get it done. Fantastic customer service and a very personal experience. Made me and my wife feel welcome and heard. Give this man a raise!!!!
