Tello is an awesome company. I've never had bad customer service. They've always gone above and beyond any other carrier I've ever used.

I got through to tech support super fast. Maurice was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I have been very impressed with Tello in all aspects of the service.

Purchase was fine but a waste of money.

Purchased $20 worth of additional data for my wife’s phone. The transaction was easy and the data was immediately available. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because I previously bought $20 “pay as you go” for my phone because I was traveling to Canada and wanted to use my phone. I did, using exactly $1.15 for international roaming, leaving an unused balance of $18.95. I could not use that money to buy data for my wife and I doubt I will be traveling internationally again. I cannot apply the $18.95 to my monthly charge so I guess I will just have to kiss that money goodbye. It’s a bit of a shame.
