An elegant solution.

This has been my perfect phone service solution. I've bounced from one affordable provider to the next (think Republic Wireless, Mint and the like) and had problems with each of them, like random coverage loss in covered areas, not getting 50% of the calls dialed to me (while I was job searching, mind you!) and would need to switch, but I refused to bleed out my wallet for a high price plan. I've been on Tello for a few years with ZERO issues. It's truly a "set it and forget it" type of thing. I kept my same phone I had used with other providers when I switched to Tello and the issues stopped. I can't remember the last time I logged in to the Tello website, because I don't have to. I can count on my service working 24 hours a day without lifting a finger. Thank you Tello! You're doing the small, meaningful things right that other providers can't seem to grasp.

The best option overall!

Needed to keep my number and get texts and verification codes overseas. I set it up and it worked well. Now living back in the US, and using their custom plans, which are amazing and I love the app’s design and how easy everything is.
