We love Tello

We love Tello! Never had a problem with our phone service for years now & the price is incredible. We are seniors so every penny counts and we can not afford bad service especially in time of need.

Generally Happy

I am generally happy with Tello for my mobile phone service. The price is 5 STARS easily. The coverage is an average 3 STARS. Living in a small city, the coverage is fine. Traveling along the interstate system is fine. But outside of cities and the major travel routes, the coverage is less than desired. Data is 3 STARS. I rarely use my allotted data usage from month to month. But this last month (NOV 2025) while on an extended road trip, I ran out of data with only 1-2 days left before my auto renewal. It would be nice if Tello banked at least some of the unused data from past months.

I have been a customer with tello (and have other members of family from the very beginning of 2016, when TELLO started). I have stayed with Tello because of your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every single time I have a small issue, my service is promt, accurate and outstanding, and I wanted to let you know that Sorin (Michael) was no short of this exemplary service today!
