The customer representative I spoke with helped me navigate the system to add a new credit card to our account. I am not good with technology and she was extremely patient with me as we walked through the steps that would be simple for the average person. I was so grateful for her kindness and patience!

I needed to activate an esim for Tello. First try didn't work, so called Tello and got support rep Camila. She did a superb job, was patient and very clear as I was juggling 2 phones and a laptop. 5 stars indeed! Wow, great service!
