Great customer service

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable about how Tello and phone setups worked. I added a second ESIM at a Vodafone store and the operation caused the Tello number to no longer work. The Tello phone rep walked we through how to fix my phone and the. Explained the various Tello plans. She was a wonderful ambassador for the company.
