Awesome customer service

I need to have a U.S. based number while living in Thailand, after some research, Tello is the way to go. While I set up my eSIM, I would like to keep my cellular data using to my Thai sim. In order to make this work, I asked multiple questions, and follow up questions, and their customer service representative, Daniel, was only fast to respond, but was patient to guide me through each single step, alongside answering my list of questions. It's awesome!

I've had Tello cell service for years, because nobody can beat their prices, customer service, or coverage.

The actual service is great

The actual service is great, but the NUU phone I purchased from you is not so great, which is the only reason I did not give you 5 stars. Once I can afford a new phone the 5th star will magically appear. I will continue to use the Tello service because it is just the service I need.
