On representative did miss noting that the particular phone being considered for purchasie operated on a SIM card and not an eSIM configuration, a matter which needed a bit of adjustment later with another rep. Looking forward to having cell service again. Thank you.

I've had them for several years. They are way cheaper than the cheapest providers adv... I've had them for several years. They are way cheaper than the cheapest providers advertised on TV, and I have had no issues. Not sure to what you are referring about my "experience". It just works; can't complain.
