No frills but who needs them?

I switched about one month ago and I've had no issues. I asume Verizon has so much overhead they charge a small fortune. I dont need unlimited data since I'm not watching videos and all the other stuuf some people do.

The customer service is excellent I had called them different times and always they are very friendly, and always they try help you with a lot patience, I m new with tello, but congratulations for the excellent and friendly customer service. I feel like I call my friends to help me with my phone 🙂

This service is perfect for my 11-year-old who does not need a lot of talking time and mostly sends me texts saying he is ready to be picked up from events. A flip phone keeps him safe from dangerous websites and smartphone addiction at a young age. Once my phone crashed and I used his Tello for a month as my own phone. It got me great service within every major city and town.
