Excellent Customer Service

I worked with two different people on two different calls. Both of them were very competent. They communicated clearly and were very patient as they walked me step by step through what I needed to do to set up my account and to activate my eSIM card. They both had the technical expertise and the ability to communicate it in a simple and direct way… which I find quite rare these days. Thank you!

Tello has been super easy to configure and provided good coverage in the US. Now I use the international option with WiFi calling; it works very well in a dual-sim configuration. Very satisfied.
