Great Customer Service Expe... Great Customer Service Experience
I recently switched over to Tello and am having an issue with conditional call forwar... I recently switched over to Tello and am having an issue with conditional call forwarding. I just spoke to one of your agents, Mauricio Torrez, who was able to explain the problem and offer solutions. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and courteous. I could not have asked for a better telephone experience and so appreciate that Tello gets you over to a real human being without making you jump through hoops! Thank you Tello and especially Mauricio.

There customer service is great called on a Sunday night at 7:30pm got sent directly to a human and was able to fix a problem I was have in with transferring a eSIM. They are a great company
