Daniel was patient and helpful explaining my plan choices to me. Since the price difference was relatively small I upgraded to data. A few days before Nicole helped me when she reset the network after she tried other things to help me and it worked. I then got better reception. The plan prices at Tello are good, but the best part is the kind people who help by telephone. They are always pleasant and helpful.

Tello.com has coverage, even in the Sticks.

At the beginning of June 2026 I thought I would try out Tello.com phone service. I wanted to make sure I had good coverage in the very rural coastal town I was moving to. Well since Tello uses T-Mobile towers I tried them out. Not only did I have 100% data talk and text, I never once lost my connection. And I can tell that this location is really out in the sticks. Sadly enough the whole time my wife struggled with even getting, much less receiving a signal with Spectrum Mobile. Tello has straight forward pricing and billing plans that work well for everyone. No 'Brick and Mortar' only internet presence but easily reachable by phone. If your phone has ESim ability they can get you started in an hour. So far I would say that Tello.com has a pricing plan and coverage that works well.
