No mobile data while roaming on Tello--Resolved!

I am roaming in South Korea and have had problems connecting to mobile data, meaning I couldn't receive MMS's or connect to the internet at all. After trying to troubleshoot with forum discussion suggestions, I sent an email to Tello's customer service. Over the course of solving the problem, I was contacted by 3 different representatives who each provided key information on solving my problem: Alejandro, Samuel, and Mihail. Key information provided like roaming Tello APN settings and manually choosing a network were essential in confirming my roaming status and resolving my issue. Replies and troubleshooting messages were detailed and swift. I've had a great experience with Tello's customer support (and especially with Alejandro and Mihail) and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again if I have another concern. They are awesome!

Great Service and Easy To switch from Mint

The agent I spoke with Maurice was exceptional. Tello was extremely easy to port into, the whole process took maybe 10 minutes. My husband also signed up and soon we will be adding a pay as you go line for our tween girl. It's been about a week since we started service with Tello and no disappointments! No streaming lags and the phone app very easy to install and use.
