Tello Staff - They Just Help

Wow Factor! Over a few days, Alison Claros, and other fantastic Tello staff worked to track down what I did to confuse myself ( and them a bit). The short story. I bought a sim, installed - it got a number - and at the same time ported ( err, moved) my old number to them. Somehow, I set my ported number up to be an esim - and worse - used my library email. OMG... What did they do? Well, patiently tracked down my convoluted path and got me connected ( ha!) with my number . I was ready to give up, they said we'll help. They did. Yes, wow Factor.

Been great. No issue just works perfectly. The biggest for me, is no contract. You can adjust to higher data or stay on the budget you like. I switched from unlimited to a more affordable for me and I'm happ. No stress no hustle. Just adjust to your liking.

They replied within minutes and immediately helped me cancel the incorrect package so I could choose the right one.
