Jamie was EXCELLENT. She was knowledgeable, spoke clearly, calmly and slowly. She was extremely polite and again understood our problem and worked deligently to solve it. I was also impressed at how quickly tello picked up the phone and a human answered which is an absolute luxury these days. I could not have been more impressed with the service tello provided.

Mirvia was an absolute joy to work with!! I had a complicated problem and she quickly understood the situation and was able to resolve everything with this one phone call. She is easy to talk to and has a fantastic attitude.. I rate her as A+++++ as a Tello customer service representative!!!

As a senior with hearing loss

As a senior with hearing loss, I hardly use the phone. But a few years ago, the apartment complex I am living in changed their laundry system to require cell phone to pay for the laundry. I did not want to subscribe to mobile phone services that require a hefty sum each month. My son gave me his old phone, and hooked it up with Tello. Never heard of Tello, but my son found this service that is so economical, so perfect for my budget. I am now using this phone more often, talking with others, and learning to text also, with one finger typing. I never have any problems with Tello. Was always able to connect. And the monthly price is just so fantastic, less than $12/mo, can't beat the price. Thank you Tello, Mary
