Measuring 5.78 x 2.82 x 0.31 inches, the iPhone 14 is slightly thicker than the iPhone 13 but it's exactly identical in every other dimension. Just like its predecessor iPhone 13, the iPhone 14's body is a "glass sandwich" with a scratch-resistant Ceramic Shield on the front of the device, glass at the back, and an aluminum middle frame to hold everything together. The iPhone 14 has some new additions, like Bluetooth 5.3 and, satellite connectivity for emergency SMS-based communication while off the grid and outside network coverage. The model also manages to improve its on-screen test scores by a noticeable amount when compared to iPhone 13.
