Tello does not support the use of external eSIMs or eSIM adapters. While these devices are physical SIM cards designed to enable eSIM functionality on phones that do not natively support it, Tello’s service requires a device with built-in eSIM capability that is fully compatible with our network. As a result, external eSIMs can not be used with Tello.
