What's the expiry date of a Tello SIM?
Tello physical SIMs purchased from Tello or from approved providers need to be activated by the customer in the Tello online account within 30 days of purchase.
If not, the physical SIM will automatically expire and it will be unusable for future activations. No refund of the physical SIM price will be granted in case of such expiry.
A Tello physical SIM automatically becomes obsolete once the phone number associated with it expires. Once this happens, the physical SIM cannot be reused and the customer needs to purchase a new SIM.
