If the order status says "Pending" then it means that the order is undergoing a quick review and is in a waiting queue to be processed.
The review normally takes between 2 and 5 minutes but occasionally our Support team may need to reach out to confirm some details with you.
Check the latest status of your order in your Dashboard
after 5 minutes.
If it is still showing "pending", then check your inbox for an email from us or email our support team
with the order number so we can provide a solution.
You are only charged for "Successful" orders.
