How can I change my Security PIN?
If you can't remember your Security PIN, don't worry—resetting it is straightforward. For security reasons, you'll need to use our website to make this change.
If you are unable to reset your PIN through the website, we can only assist you over the phone. This ensures we can properly verify your identity and keep your account secure. Please call us at +1 866 377 0294.
- Access your account: Log in to your Tello account on the website (please use the web browser, not the "My Tello" app).
- Go to the My Information section and select Manage your Security PIN.
- Request a code: Choose Reset Security PIN to receive a temporary reset code via SMS to your selected Tello phone number.
- Update your PIN: Enter that reset code in the "Reset Code" field on the website and create your new 4-digit PIN.
