How can I find or reset my Security PIN?
If you’ve forgotten your Security PIN, don’t worry! For your protection, your PIN isn't displayed in plain text, but you can reset it in just a few steps.
Steps to Reset Your PIN
⚠️ Important: For security reasons, this must be done through our website, not the "My Tello" app.
1. Log in to your online account and go to the "My Information" section.
2. Select "Manage your Security PIN" and then click the "Reset Security PIN" option.
3. Choose the phone number where you'd like to receive your reset code via SMS.
4. Once the code arrives, return to that same page and enter it into the "Reset Code" field.
5. Create and save your new Security PIN!
Note: If you are unable to reset your PIN via SMS, we can only assist you over the phone. This ensures we can properly verify your identity and keep your account secure. Please call us at +1 866 377 0294.
