How can I set up my Security PIN?
After you create your Tello account, you will be prompted to set up a 4-digit Security PIN. This PIN acts as an extra layer of protection and is required for specific account changes like switching devices, SIM swaps, port-outs, or deleting your account.

It is important to know the difference: this PIN is separate from your login password and is also distinct from the Port-out PIN required if you ever decide to leave Tello.

For your protection, major account changes like SIM swaps and account deletions can only be done with this PIN. If you're locked out, you must call support for assistance.

- Set it up: After creating your account, you have a limited time to create your PIN. It’s much easier to set it up immediately rather than waiting.
- Use a reset code: If you missed the initial setup window, you will need to use a reset code to create a new PIN.
- Contact us: f you are unable to reset your Security PIN yourself, please contact us directly over the phone.
