Where can I find my Port Out information?

If you're looking to move your number to a different carrier, for security reasons, all customers are required to retrieve their porting information (Tello Account Number & Temporary Port Out PIN) directly from their own online account. (this feature is not available in the "My Tello" App)

How to find your Port Out info
  1. Log in to your Tello account on a web browser.
  2. Go to the Number Transfer tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Port Out section and tick the "I understand..." box.
  4. Click the Retrieve Port Out Information button.
  5. Follow the prompts to reveal your port out details.

How to use it
Once you have your Account Number and Port Out PIN, give them to your new provider.
They will use this info to start the port out request. Note that the Port Out PIN is valid for just 7 days.
Make sure they enter the details exactly as they appear in your Tello account to avoid any delays.

⚠️ Warning
Your Port Out PIN and your Security PIN are 2 completley different things.
The Port Out PIN is only for transferring your number out of Tello to a new carrier.
The Security PIN is to provide security for your important account details.

Pro-Tip
Can't remember your 4-digit Security PIN? Don't sweat it. Just head to the My Information tab in your account and follow the steps to reset it.
