I activated my eSIM, but it's not working (Android)
If you completed the steps to install your eSIM on your Android phone, but you encountered issues and the service is not working yet, check the next steps:

*Please note that the Tello service must be activated in the US*
Common Errors:
- If your phone gets an error " Unsupported SIM" or "Unlock Network Code" or similar, please note these indicate the device is carrier locked or restricted. Locked devices must be unlocked by the seller before being used with other carriers.
- If when scanning the QR code, you see " No Usable Data Found." This indicates an issue with the camera or QR code reading options. Complete the Manual Installation instead
- If your phone displays " ESIM Activation Failed. Contact carrier". Do not delete the Tello eSIM. This error is very common, and it can show for multiple reasons. Before you take any actions, complete the following checks:
- Go to Settings » Connections » Network & Internet » Mobile Network » SIM Manager / SIMs
*If you have more than one SIM in your phone, a list of SIMs should be displayed in this section. - Verify the Tello eSIM is "ON."
- To test the service, temporarily turn off other SIMs
- If you ported in your number from another provider, make sure their SIM or eSIM has been deleted or removed.
- Check your Dual SIM Settings are correct to use the service and identify your SIMs correctly.
- Go to Settings » Connections » Network & Internet » Mobile Network » SIM Manager / SIMs

- If the activation still fails, check your Wi-Fi connection and make sure you have coverage in your area.
- Restart your device and test the service.
