Can I top up my Pay As You Go balance via SMS?

Sure! Topping up your Pay As You Go balance is as easy as sending a quick text message.

Just send an SMS to 800 with one of the following options:

  • ADD10PAYG (This option will add $10 credit)
  • ADD20PAYG (This option will add $20 credit)
  • ADD50PAYG (This option will add $50 credit)
Note: Pay As You Go credit is available for 90 days and then it expires.

Please visit your online Tello account and make sure you have a saved credit card to use this feature.
