What is Data Rollover?
Data Rollover lets you carry over your unused data (and minutes) into your next 30-day billing cycle so you don't lose what you've paid for.
How it works depends on your plan:
1. For Custom Plans (Non-Unlimited)
There is no automatic rollover for standard plans, but you can easily roll over your balance manually!
Automatic Data Rollover is a special feature for our Unlimited Plan users. It allows you to carry over your unused high-speed data to the next month automatically—no extra steps required!
To keep things fair for our long-term fans, this feature is a "Loyalty Reward." You qualify if:
How it works depends on your plan:
1. For Custom Plans (Non-Unlimited)
There is no automatic rollover for standard plans, but you can easily roll over your balance manually!
- How to do it: You must manually renew or change your plan at least 24 hours before your official Autopay renewal date.
- The Rule: If you renew early, any leftover balance will carry over and stay active for the next 30 days.
- If you let Autopay run: If you allow Autopay to renew your plan automatically on the 30th day, your unused balance will not roll over and will be lost.
Automatic Data Rollover is a special feature for our Unlimited Plan users. It allows you to carry over your unused high-speed data to the next month automatically—no extra steps required!
- The Benefit: You can roll over up to 50 GB of unused high-speed data every month.
- The Limit: You can stack your data until you reach a total monthly balance of 100 GB.
- Automatic: Once you are eligible, the data rolls over on its own when your plan renews.
To keep things fair for our long-term fans, this feature is a "Loyalty Reward." You qualify if:
- Your Tello line has been active for at least 12 months.
- You have been on an Unlimited Plan for the last 6 billing cycles without any breaks.
- Don't Downgrade: If you switch to a smaller plan, pause your service, or close your account, you will lose all your accumulated rollover data.
- Starting Over (Unlimited): If you lose your eligibility (by changing plans, for example), you’ll need to complete another 6 consecutive months on an Unlimited plan to earn the feature back.
- No Restores: We cannot restore rollover data that was lost due to a plan change or service suspension.
