Why does my Visual Voicemail not work?
Visual Voicemail lets you read and manage your messages without dialing in, but it needs a specific data connection to function.
Pre-Setup Checklist
Before trying to fix the app, ensure your standard Voicemail is active. If you haven't set it up yet, do that first. To use Visual Voicemail, keep these three requirements in mind:
⚠️ Warning Tello is NOT compatible with most 3rd-party Visual Voicemail apps. On Android, you download from the Google Play Store, the "My Visual Voicemail." App.
How to Enable It

If your phone doesn't have a native Visual Voicemail option and you can't download the compatible apps listed above, you’ll need to use regular voicemail by holding down the 1 key.

- Data is Required: You must have an active data balance on your plan.
- Wi-Fi Off: During setup, turn Wi-Fi OFF and Mobile Data ON.
- Stay Connected: You need to keep Mobile Data ON to receive new voicemail notifications.

- On Android Devices:
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap More options (three dots) in the top right corner.
- Select Settings, then Voicemail.
- Switch Visual voicemail to ON.
- On iOS (iPhone):
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap the Voicemail icon.
- Select Set Up Now and follow the prompts.

- Confirm your mobile data is active and Wi-Fi is disabled before you start the setup.
