How do I pay a past-due bill?

Tello is a 100% prepaid service, so you never have to worry about late fees, outstanding bills, or past-due balances!
If your automatic payment doesn't go through within 24 hours of the renewal time, your plan will be canceled and the service will stop working.

How to Fix It:
  1. Update your info: In your Tello account add a new payment method or contact your bank to clear any issues.
  2. Restore Plan: If your plan is already canceled, go to the Plans page of your online account and select a plan to restore service on the same line.
Once your payment is complete, wait 5 minutes, restart your device and hey-presto—normal service resumed!

Important Reminders
  • No Roll-overs: If a plan is canceled, any remaining balances from the previous month are lost and cannot be rolled over or refunded.
  • Automatic System: Because our billing is 100% automated, we cannot manually delay or defer your renewal date.

✅ Pro-Tip: To avoid losing your phone number, buy a new plan soon.
Expired phone numbers cannot be restored.
