How can I delete my payment method?

To keep your service active, every line needs a valid payment method assigned to it before you can delete an old one.

Here is the step-by-step process to swap or remove a payment method:
  1. Go to the Payment tab of your online account
  2. Find the payment method you want to delete and click "Remove".
  3. If the "Remove" button does not act, it means that this payment method is already in use for an existing subscription.

    To rectify this you first need to register a new payment method by clicking "Add New Card" or placing a new order with other payment methods, such as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  4. Then save the new payment method for your existing subscription(s) and scroll down to “Subscription Payment Options” Under “Billed From” select your new payment method for all existing lines.
  5. Once you replace the old payment method with the new payment method, click on the "Remove" button and it will delete the old payment method from your account.
