How can I update my payment method?
To update your payment method please follow these simple steps:
Using Digital Wallets (PayPal, Venmo, Apple/Google Pay): You cannot add these methods via the "Add New Card" button. You will need to place a successful order using these payment methods and ensure you save them in the checkout process.
Once the order is successful, that option will appear in your "Billed From" dropdown menu for future use.
✅Pro-Tip
Card won't save? Try adding the card directly from the Checkout page during a manual renewal.
If you add a card during checkout, your plan will renew immediately. We suggest doing this a few days before your actual renewal date so you don't lose too much of your current cycle.
- Firstly, register a new card.
- Go to the Payment tab of your online account.
- Under Payment Methods, click "Add New Card."
- Enter your details. By default, this card will be linked to all active lines. You can change this by checking or unchecking the "Linked Subscriptions" boxes.
- Click "Save"
- Alternatively, you can also modify the registered payment method for each subscription later on.
- Go to the “Subscription Payment Options” section.
- In the “Billed From” dropdown, select your newly added payment method for each line.
- Click "Save"
- Once the new method is assigned to your lines, you can click "Remove" on your old payment method to delete it.
