Where can I find and save my bill?
Tello only sends digital invoices via email; we do not issue physical copies.
An invoice is automatically generated each time you place an order or your plan renews.
Where to find your invoices
You can find everything in one spot: the Order History section of your online account. We also send a digital copy straight to your email as soon as a payment goes through.
How to view, print, or save
1. Log in to your account and go to Order History.
2. Find the invoice you’re looking for and click View (on the right side).
3. Once the invoice opens, right-click anywhere on the page and select Print.
4. To Print: Choose your printer from the list.
5. To Save as PDF: Change the printer destination to Save as PDF, then hit Save.
