Where can I check my service balances?
There are 4 options available to check your service balances:
1. Via Text: Send an SMS from your Tello phone with the word BALANCE to 800.
2. Online Dashboard: Log in to your account and go to My Tello. Your remaining plan balances are displayed right at the top.
3. The Tello App: Open the "My Tello" app and tap the menu icon (the three horizontal lines). Your balances will appear at the top, or you can tap "Dashboard" to see them.
4. By Phone: Dial 611 or 1-678-791-4582 from your phone. Choose Option 2 from the menu to hear your Pay As You Go balance.
✅ Pro-Tip: Plan vs. Pay As You Go
If you call 611, remember it only gives you your Pay As You Go credit balance. To see your regular monthly plan minutes or data, stick to the app, the website, or the text-to-800 method.
