Do you have an app I can use?

Yes! You can download the free “My Tello” app for your iOS or Android device once you have an active line.
To log in, just enter your Tello number and request a one-time password (OTP) via text. If you can't receive texts, you can find the code in the My Settings tab on our website.

What you can do in the app:
  • Check Usage: See your balance and usage for your current line at a glance.
  • Make Calls: Place domestic and international outgoing calls over Wi-Fi from anywhere in the world.
  • Manage Your Plan: Buy, change, or cancel your plan and purchase data Add-ons.
  • Add Credit: Buy Pay As You Go credit directly through the app.

Important things to note:
  • Single Line Only: The app manages the specific line you are logged in with. To manage a multi-line account, please use our website.
  • Dialing: When calling a U.S. number (even from within the U.S.), always start with the country code "1". You'll see a flag appear next to the number to help guide you!
  • Website Tasks: Some actions like activating a new line, porting a number, or resetting your PIN must be done on the Tello website.
