Why did the physical SIM service stopped working after switching to eSIM?
A phone number can only live on one SIM at a time. When you activate an eSIM, your service digitally "moves" from the physical card into your phone’s internal hardware.
As soon as the eSIM is activated, the physical SIM is automatically deactivated by the network to prevent duplicate service.
