Once you have posted your return, the entire process—including shipping, inspection, and processing—usually takes up to 15 business days.

The Verification Process
Before the refund is issued, our warehouse must confirm that the phone is:

• Received: The package has safely arrived at our facility.
• Unlocked: Any personal locks (like iCloud or Google Lock) have been removed.
• Verified: The condition of the phone matches the return requirements.

As soon as these verification steps are successfully completed, your refund will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been initiated on our end.
