How can I log in to my account?
Getting into your account is quick and easy. You’ll just need the email address and password you used when you first signed up with Tello.
Where to log in
Simply head over to the Tello Login Page and enter your credentials.
What to do if you forgot your password
If you’re locked out, don’t worry—it happens to the best of us. Just follow these steps:
Double-check that you are using the exact email address you registered with. If you don't see the reset email in your inbox within a few minutes, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders.

- Click "Forgot Password" (it’s right above the green "Log In" button).
- Enter the email address you used to create your Tello account.
- Click "Reset."
- Check your inbox! We will send you a link to set up a new password immediately.
