How can I order a replacement Tello SIM card for an existing line?
If you need a new SIM for a line you already have, you can order one directly from your online account.

- Log in to your account and go to the My SIM page. Scroll down and select Buy Tello SIM / Switch to SIM card.
- You’ll be redirected to the checkout page. Review your details and click the green Finalize Order button.
- When filling out your shipping info, ensure your address is complete. If you live in an apartment or building, you must include your Apt, Suite, or Unit number in the address field to avoid delivery delays.
- You will be asked for your Tello Security PIN during checkout. If you’ve forgotten it, click on “Reset Security PIN” — you’ll receive a reset code via SMS that you can use to create a new security PIN.
