You can opt out of promotional emails at any time. Keep in mind that even if you unsubscribe from marketing, you will still receive important account-related emails, like payment receipts or service alerts.

Option 1: From any Tello email

• Open a promotional email from Tello.
• Scroll to the very bottom of the message.
• Click the "Unsubscribe" link and follow the quick on-screen prompts, it may also be displayed as "To stop receving these messages click here"

Option 2: From your online account

• Log in to your Tello account.
• Go to the My Information tab.
• Find the Notifications section.
• Switch off the toggle for "Special Offers."
