What happens if I don't have enough to cover my next plan renewal?

If your payment fails on renewal day, don't worry, you have a small window to fix it before your service is interrupted.

What Happens Next?
  • The First Attempt: Autopay runs between 5 AM and 11 AM EST on your renewal date. If your card is expired, over its limit, or blocked, the payment will fail.
  • The Next Attempts: We will automatically try to process the payment again in the next few days. If you update your payment method, we'll try to process the payment in a few minutes. If you don't update your card, we'll try again in the next few days.
  • Plan canceled: If all attempts fail, your plan will be suspended, and your service will stop working.
How to Fix It:
  1. Update your info: Log in to your account and add a new payment method or contact your bank to clear any issues.
  2. Renew manually: If your plan is already suspended, simply log in to your Online Account and purchase a new plan to get back online immediately.
Important Reminders
  • No Roll-overs: If a plan is suspended, any remaining balances from the previous month are lost and cannot be rolled over or refunded.
  • Automatic System: Because our billing is 100% automated, we cannot manually delay or defer your renewal date.

Quick Tip: To avoid surprises, we recommend checking that your payment method is up to date at least 24 hours before your renewal date!
