Why did my plan not renew automatically as I expected?

If your plan didn't renew, it usually means your payment was declined. Here is the quick breakdown of why it happened and how to fix it:

Common Reasons for Failure
  • Expired Info: Your card was recently updated or has expired.
  • Low Funds: There wasn’t enough credit or balance to cover the cost.
  • Bank Block: Your bank may have placed a temporary security hold on the transaction.

How to Fix It:
  1. Call your bank: Check the number on the back of your card to authorize the payment or lift any holds.
  2. Update your account: Go to the Payment section of your online account and make sure a valid card is saved.
  3. Manual Restart: If your service is already suspended, just log in and manually purchase a new plan to get back online immediately.

⚠️ Warning
We will automatically try to charge your saved card in the following days since the first failure. If all attempts fail, your plan will be canceled until you manually renew it.
