How can I buy a phone from Tello?

All phones sold on our website are unlocked, Tello-compatible, and ready for service. Your device will arrive in either the original brand box or a generic packaging box containing the device, battery & charging cable. Please note that manuals and accessories like earbuds are not included.

Ordering a Phone + New Line
  • Go to the phones page and select your device.
  • At checkout, ensure the "My Number" field is set to New Tello Line.
  • A free physical SIM card is included by default, though you can choose to activate an eSIM once the phone arrives.
Ordering a Phone for an Existing Line
  • Log in to your Tello account first, then select your device from the Phones page.
  • At checkout, make sure your current phone number is selected in the "My Number" field.
  • You will also have the option to add a replacement SIM if you need one.
Porting Your Number
If you want to bring a number from another carrier, you must first receive and activate your Tello phone/SIM. Once activated, you can then port in your number to us by submitting a port-in request.

Pro-Tip:
  • Once your new SIM or phone arrives, you must activate it in your online account before inserting it into your phone to start using the service.
  • If you need the user guide for your new device, go to the Phones page on our website, click "View Details" on your model, and scroll to "User Manual" under the Tech Specs section.
