Traveling to Europe before September 30? Enjoy our limited-time Free Roaming promo! Your roaming calls, texts, and data will deduct directly from your regular Tello plan balance, with zero extra fees.

• Check the eligible countries: Before you pack your bags, make sure your destination is on the list by checking the countries included in the Free Roaming in Europe offer. No PAYG credit is needed. Usage is drawn from your plan allowances.
• Monitor your usage: Keep an eye on your Dashboard while traveling. If you completely use up your monthly plan allowances while abroad, any extra roaming usage will automatically be charged to your Pay As You Go balance instead.
• Add PAYG credit if needed: If you expect to run out of plan minutes/data during your trip, or if you are traveling after the promotion ends, make sure to add some Pay As You Go credit to your account.

⚠️ Note: The Free Roaming in Europe offer is a limited-time promotion that ends on September 30, 2026. Starting October 1, 2026, roaming will no longer deduct from your monthly plan allowances, and all European roaming usage will go back to being charged exclusively from your Pay As You Go balance.
