Heading to Europe? We’ve got you covered! Through September 30, you can enjoy Free Roaming across Europe as a special limited-time offer.

This means that if you have an Unlimited plan, the minutes and Data included in your billing cycle will have the same benefits as if you were using Tello in the US.

• Check the eligible countries: Before you pack your bags, make sure your destination is on the list by checking the countries included in the Free Roaming in Europe offer.
• Monitor your usage: Keep an eye on your Dashboard while traveling. If you completely use up your monthly plan allowances while abroad, any extra roaming usage will automatically be charged to your Pay As You Go balance instead.
• Add PAYG credit if needed: If you expect to run out of plan minutes/data during your trip, or if your trip ends after September 30, make sure to add some Pay As You Go credit to your account.

⚠️ Note: This Free Roaming in Europe offer is a limited-time promotion that ends on September 30, 2026. Starting October 1, 2026, roaming will no longer deduct from your monthly plan allowances, and all European roaming usage will go back to being charged exclusively from your Pay As You Go balance.
