My plan got canceled. How can I restore it?

If your plan was canceled—whether by choice or due to a payment issue. You just need to pick a new plan to reactivate your service.

How to restore your service
  1. Log in to your Tello account and head to the Plans page.
  2. Select the plan that fits your needs (choose your data and minutes).
  3. Enter your payment details at checkout.
  4. Finalize the purchase.
  5. Wait about 5 minutes for the system to process the activation, then restart your phone.

Pro-Tip
Make sure your payment information is up to date before you finish the purchase. If your plan was canceled because of a declined card, updating your payment method first will prevent the same thing from happening next month.
