Where can I find and save my invoice?

Tello only sends digital invoices via email; we do not issue physical copies.
An invoice is automatically generated each time you place an order or your plan renews.

To view, print, or save your invoice as a PDF:
  • Go to the Order History section in your online account
  • Find the invoice you need and click “View”
  • Once the invoice opens:
    - To print: Right-click anywhere on the page and select “Print”, then choose your printer
    - To save as PDF: Select “Print” and choose “Save as PDF” as the destination, then click “Save”

⚠️ Important: Tello is a prepaid service and so does not issue Phone Bills, just invoices. These invoices are not valid as proof of address.
