Why did my plan not renew automatically as I expected?
If your plan didn't renew, it usually means your payment was declined. Here is the quick breakdown of why it happened and how to fix it:

We will automatically try to charge your saved card a second time within 24 hours of the first failure. If that second attempt fails, your service will be suspended until you manually renew it.
Common Reasons for Failure
- Expired Info: Your card was recently updated or has expired.
- Low Funds: There wasn’t enough credit or balance to cover the cost.
- Bank Block: Your bank may have placed a temporary security hold on the transaction.
How to Fix It:
- Call your bank: Check the number on the back of your card to authorize the payment or lift any holds.
- Update your account: Go to the Payment section of your online account and make sure a valid card is saved.
- Manual Restart: If your service is already suspended, just log in and manually purchase a new plan to get back online immediately.
